Tournament will take place on Sunday 5th May 2019 at Horsford Village Hall
Morning – Under 8’s, Under 10’s, Under 12’s, Under 12 Girls, Under 14 Girls, Under 14’s and Under 16’s.
Afternooon – Under 7’s, Under 9’s, Under 11’s, Under 13 Girls, Under 13’s, and Under 15’s.
The cost of entry is £30 per team.

Confirmation of entry, directions, rules and a registration sheet will be emailed to you on us receiving this form and payment.
All age groups will be playing 5-a-side format. Squad size of 8.

Free parking and transportation to the venue is provided at Norwich Airport Park & Ride (NR6 6JT). The buses have suitable space for gazebos, bags, pushchairs etc.
There is NO parking at Horsford Village Hall and Police Officers will be present on the Holt Road to stop anyone parking and potentially blocking this main road, please make sure your parents are aware of the location of the parking and location of the tournament. We recommend anybody that lives in the village, walks to the event.
