Kit

All clothing distributed to players remains the property of Horsford F.C. Should a players registration be cancelled, wish to leave, or the player transfers to another club, this kit should be returned in full or replaced within 7 days.

Transfers

If a player wishes to leave Horsford F.C. and transfer to another club, a transfer request should be raised by the club secretary of the club that the player wishes to join. No further contact should happen between the player or parent and the new club until the notice of approach has completed or been waived by Horsford F.C. No player should take part in any other activities (training or matches) for another club until a transfer or registration has taken place. If a player is registering for youth team please be aware that no transfers are permitted to another club before the 1st October. This is outlined in the league rules. If a player wishes to transfer, the club will not refund any subscription fees.

De-registration

A player can be requested to be de-registered at any time. It is the club’s discretion to allow the de-registration with Norfolk County FA. Certain league rules apply, and in some instances there is a date restriction around this.

Payment

Players must pay a fee either up-front or in instalments to be registered with the club. If payments are not completed, registration may be withheld until payment is complete. All registration/subscription fees are non-refundable.

What does a registration payment cover?

Registration payments are for registering the player with the league and/or County FA. This also includes insurance provided by Norfolk FA’s insurance provider. This also includes hire of facilities. Fees also cover the overall running of the club, coach education, coaches equipment, coach checks and coach kit. Player registration payments do not cover match/tournament fees. These are payable separately at matches to the team coach/manager.

Booking and event delivery

When booking an event with Horsford FC you are reserving a place at the event and signing up to these terms and conditions. You will receive an automated email to confirm your booking and, if there is a cost associated with the event, confirmation of your payment.

By completing an online event booking you are indicating you will attend an event organised by Horsford FC. Places on events are booked on a first-come first-served basis. It is essential that all delegates pre-book places at an event. Horsford FC reserves the right to prevent delegates from taking part in a event which has not been pre-booked.

If an event is full you may be added to a waiting list for this event. In the event of a cancellation, Horsford FC may contact you. To be added to the waiting list for an event, book the event as normal and you will be advised by return you have been added to the waiting list. Horsford FC does not guarantee that all or any delegates held on the waiting list will be offered a place on the actual event.

The duration and location of the event will be specified in the event description for that event.

Event fees

The fee includes event participation. Participants are responsible for finding and paying for their own accommodation, if required, and travel. Full details of what is included in the fee can be found on the relevant event details web page.

Payment

Where a fee is charged for attending an event, all payments must be completed online by using Go Cardless. No payment card details will be held by Horsford FC.

Cancellation policy

All requests for cancellations, as well as no-shows, are charged in full and no refund will be made. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.

Please note that the cancellation policy is applicable for all bookings made, as a place has been reserved for you. No repayment will made for travel, accommodation and any other costs incurred, by you.

If Horsford FC cancels an event

Occasionally Horsford FC may have to cancel or postpone an event. If a cancellation takes place Horsford FC will use reasonable endeavours to notify all customers who are booked on by telephone, email or in writing. Horsford FC will refund your event fee or transfer your booking to another date or event, whichever suits you best. Unfortunately Horsford FC will not be able to refund travel or accommodation expenses or other costs incurred by you. Please note that cancelling Horsford FC events is thankfully very rare.

Changes to an event

It may be necessary for reasons beyond Horsford FC’s control to change the content or speakers for an event. Horsford FC will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of changes made to timing and venue. Horsford FC reserve the right to make changes to an event without notice to booked delegates.
